Meditating with Incense Sticks

We are going to simplify the meditation process. This is sure to help those who are at the threshold of their meditational journey, in other words, ‘Prana’.  ‘Prana’ or as in Sanskrit, ‘प्राण’, ‘pra’ means ‘forth’ and ‘na’ means ‘movement or to breathe’ forming the word ‘breathing forth.’

All you need to know about meditation

Alternatively, let’s call it ‘conscious breathing.’ In any meditation process we need a point to focus or concentrate on, this helps keep the mind pre-occupied and focused, as a focused mind is free of wandering thoughts.

The art of breathing

In this process of meditation, we encourage you to consciously inhale and exhale like you normally do, except that this time you should do it consciously. The mind should only focus on the constant in and out of your breathing. This helps you improve your breathing skills a must for yoga and meditation, and it enhances your focus and concentration.

At Inception Bodhi we have crafted an incense stick best suited for mediation, ‘Prana’. It’s an orchestration of floral, earthy, woody, spicy and sweet notes. Prana incense sticks specifically aid in your early meditational journey and strike up the right notes to enhance concentration and focus.
