Payment Policy

We are currently not VAT registered in the UK and hence will not be providing VAT Invoices.

The price of products mentioned on the website are in pounds and are inclusive of all local taxes and duties for UK customers. 

For EU customers we only collect product and shipping costs at the time of placing the order. All other local applicable taxes and import duties, will be borne by the customer additionally. Please check locally on all additional applicable costs. 

Payment in full including shipping costs need to made for the order to be processed and despatched.

Inception Bodhi does not require you to provide your financial (Bank, Credit or debit card) details, neither do we ask nor do we store the same.

Payment gateway provided is from a third party service provider. You will be directed to their server for payment processing, after which you will be redirected back to our web page, to complete the ordering process.

The third party payment service provider is a reputed business and we assume that their data protection and policy is secure and safe, any fraud occurring during this period, or any  information leak from the third party server, Inception Bodhi cannot be held liable.

In cases of discrepancy with respect to payments initiated by you, where the amount is deducted from your account, but has not been received by Inception Bodhi, we will not be able to further process the order.

In such cases you are requested to contact your banking or financial institution for resolution.

Please do not share any personal or financial information to anyone posing as either employees, associates, business partners or service providers of Inception Bodhi. Inception Bodhi will never ask or enquire about your financial details.
