Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
We are sure that you will love the products you receive, in case you wish to return the product, below are the returns and refund policy.
For your understanding, orders placed before 12 noon UK time are processed and despatched the same day.
If a cancellation and refund request is placed before the product is despatched/handed (12 noon UK time) over to the shipping company a full refund will be initiated as per our Payment Policy.
For deliveries in the EU, products despatched cannot be returned or refunded, the only exceptions being, lost in transit or products received are not as ordered.
If the product is not received within the time frame mentioned in the Shipping Policy, please write to services@inceptionbodhi.com for us to take up the matter with our shipping partner.
All Refunds will be processed based on the invoice value.
After we raise the complaint the shipping partner would require 14 working days to enquire and reach a conclusion if the shipment is either lost or untraceable.
In the event the shipment is untraceable or lost, the time frame to declare the same lost and despatch the replacement product/s will be 14 working days after the complaint is received.
Request for cancellation and refunds along with the products should reach us within 14 days of receiving the product. These 14 days are consecutive calendar days and not working days. Any request for cancellation outside the 14-day window will not be entertained.
Inception Bodhi, does not have an exchange policy, goods one sold cannot be exchanged.
If cancellation and refund request is received after the product is processed and despatched, the shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
If cancellation and refund request is received after the customer receives the product, the product has to be returned to Inception Bodhi in good condition at the customer’s cost. Refund will be initiated after inspection of the product, if the product is found to be in its original condition a refund will be initiated after deducting the shipping cost. If the product is not in its original condition, we are extremely sorry that we will not process the refund.
In case of return of product/s eligible for free shipping at time of purchase, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refundable amount, subject to the product being found to be in its original condition. If the product is not in its original condition, we are extremely sorry that we will not process the refund.
In case there was some additional promotional or sample sent along with the original order, the same has to be returned in its original condition for the refund to be processed.
For product/s being returned we recommend that the customer uses a recorded delivery service, and ensure that the compensation value covers the invoice value of the product/s.
In case of product/s received which is not as per the order placed, then shipping and re-despatch of the correct product/s will be paid for by Inception Bodhi.
In case of product/s received in damaged or broken condition, the same needs to be intimated within 48 hours of receiving the product/s from our shipping partner, for such claims photographic or video evidence would be required, for better understanding and resolution with our shipping partner.
All payment refunds will be processed back to the payment source, based on our Payment Policy.
