Incense comes is a pack of 12 or 20 sticks. Resins come in packaging with a nett product weight of 100gms.

The incense sticks are all eight inches long, since they are hand rolled the weight and thickness of different fragrant incense sticks may vary.

The approximate average burn time ranges from 35-45 minutes.

All flammable goods are dangerous, especially if left unattended. Always be vigilant and extremely cautious on the flammable products till the burn time is complete, thereafter dispose appropriately.

Light the tip of the incense stick, let it burn till you see the tip glow, blow out the flame and place the incense stick on a holder in a safe place. Never leave burning incense unattended.

Incense resins can be used with an incense burner. There are different types of incense burners, read and follow all instructions and be cautious while burning.

Place the candle on a well ventilated flat surface, away from other flammable materials. Light the tip of the candle wick until it steadily burns. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Please see that the room is well ventilated. In case of incense resins, be aware of the fumes as they may trigger your fire alarm in some cases.

In India Shipping is free, however for the UK Shipping is free for orders with a purchase value above £50.00. For orders below £50.00 shipping will be charged at actuals. For details of shipping cost please look up our Shipping Policy.

Orders placed before 12 noon UK time are processed the same day and dispatched.

In India orders 

Orders within the UK take about 3-4 working days to be delivered, orders in the EU take about 7 working days to be delivered.

If your delivery address is in the UK then the answer is ‘No,’ if it’s in the EU the local taxes and import duties may apply, please check locally for these details and costs. This will need to be paid by the customer, as these costs are not included in our bill to you.

Yes, you can cancel the order after placing it. If we receive the cancellation request before the order is processed and despatched, it can be cancelled and full refund will be processed, but if the order is shipped, then the Cost of shipping to the customer will be deducted from the refund, provided the customer return the goods in original condition at their own cost. Extra duties and taxes paid by customers in the EU cannot be refunded as they are not charges levied by us.
