Based on the above we have chosen Royal Mail as our preferred shipping partner. In case you have a personal preference of a shipping carrier, please inform us and we can despatch the product/s as per your choice at your cost.

All orders with delivery addresses in the UK above the value of £50, are eligible for free shipping by Royal Mail signed 2nd Class. When the invoice value is under £50 the shipping cost needs to be paid by the customer.

All orders with delivery addresses in the EU above the value of £125, are eligible for free shipping by Royal Mail International tracked and signed. When the invoice value is under £125 the shipping cost needs to be paid by the customer. 

Shipping starts with the delivery address, please see that the address provided is correct, incorrect address details lead to return of product/s.

Cost of re-shipping due to wrong/incorrect address provided will be charged to the customer.

Orders received before 12 pm UK time (working day) are despatched on the same day.

Orders received after 12 pm UK time will be despatched on the next working day.

Address changes or any other alteration to the order placed cannot be made once the shipment is processed.

Delivery schedules provided are from the shipping partners website, Inception Bodhi has no control over the same. 

For cancellations, refund and returns please refer to Cancellation, refund and return policy.

Shipping is done through a third party shipping partner, in this case Royal Mail, please refer to their term and conditions on shipping.

Once an order is placed, an email will be sent to the customer with regard to the shipping detail for tracking (if applicable) and follow-up.

In special cases where the customer is not available to collect the shipment, or fails to provide an alternate delivery option request, the shipment would be returned by the shipping partner. In such cases the cost to re-ship the product/s will have to be paid by the customer. 

Customers can track their shipment on the third party shipping partners tracking software if the option is available based on the shipping package opted for.

In case of goods received in damaged condition , please provide Inception Bodhi with photographic or video graphic evidence so that we can take up the matter with our delivery partner.

In case you do not receive your product/s within the published delivery schedule, please notify Inception Bodhi so that we can take up the matter with our delivery partner.

After we raise the complaint the shipping partner would require 14 working days to either trace and deliver the product/s or conclude if the shipment is untraceable or lost.

Replacement products will be shipped once the shipment is declared lost or un-traceable by the delivery partner, the re-shipping cost will be paid by Inception Bodhi.

For EU customers ,all local duties and taxes must paid by the customer directly, please be aware of local tax and import duty costs prior to placing an order. 

Please check the restricted item list of your country before ordering our product/s, Inception Bodhi cannot be held legally liable for the same. Also note that there will be no cancellation and refund on such orders.
