When Time Stood Still

Curator’s Insight: A culmination of orthodox customs, magically transform into a complex aromatic blend, present itself in unison, extremely complex in its oneness, the word that came to my mind was “Thathastu.” 

My Insights and first reactions: I light up a stick, moments gently pass me by as I soak up the aromatic ambiance, my olfactory seamlessly seeps into a state of elevated calm, time seems to slow down until it come to a grinding halt, seeming incapable of carrying on, on its meticulous journey. My free spirit soars, I feel an uncanny lightness as I would experience floating on a feather-down cloud. My transcendental experience is that of extreme simplicity, purity, clarity, bliss, and resounding peace.

This was my experience of this exotic incense blend, a recreation of the fragrant ambient experience one would have in a 2500-year-old Indian temple.
